One of the world’s largest interactive light displays, Luminous is powered by 100% renewable energy generated by solar panels affixed to the roof and offers a breathtaking permanent backdrop of warmth and connection for the community.

A light placed in the base of each window of the building collectively forms to create a breathtaking digital canvas where visitors can play games on the façade in real time or create unique paintings with light via touch screen kiosks located at the site.

The public are invited to produce their own shows using this online portal.

This work set “an international benchmark in urban digital innovation” as recognised by the Wall Street Journal (2012).

One of the world’s largest interactive light displays, Luminous brings light and playfulness into the community.
